I'm trying to send money and I keep seeing "free if you use your bank account." Well, when I go to send the money, even though my bank account is linked to my PayPal, I don't have the option of sending from my bank. The only option I have is using my debit card and paying almost $30 in fees. When I click on "Change payment method" I only have the option of adding another card, not of selecting my linked bank account. Can anyone help? Thank you!

PayPal will automatically evaluate each transaction according to its security model and select the method which is the least risky to PayPal.
You could review your PayPal transcations and your bank balances for anything which might lead one to think that the debit card was a better option.
You could also transfer funds from your bank account to your PayPal account so the funds would come from your account balance.
You could phone PayPal customer service for specific answers.
