How to resend IPN now when it is "retrying"

Due to a bug in my listener, the IPN failed to complete, with HTML status 500. I have fixed the bug, but the IPN is in "retrying" state and will not allow me to "resend" it now. The Number of Retries is at 11, the Delivery Status is "Retrying".

I need to have this IPN issued *now*, as my buyer is waiting. How can I tell PayPal to retry *now* ??

(The "resend" only seems to be available if the previous send completed successfully.)
