I was just about to withdraw my funds to a VISA linked bank account in my country, and the last step gives a layout on the total I would get.
It turns out that, along with $5 withdraw fee, I would also lose $12 due to Paypal's atrocious currency exchange rate.
Since my bank account is set to US currency only, I don't understand why Paypal tries to convert it to my local currency and then my bank converts it to US??

Hi @Drwen,
Great question! Customer support would need to look at your account to see if there are any options to help with this though. Customer support can be reached by clicking "Contact" on the PayPal website, @AskPayPal on Twitter or the PayPal Facebook page.
