A friend sent me money on April 18 and I got the text message with amount. Today, May 19, I got a text message that the payment was cancelled with the amount. The friend called me since they got the same cancelled message.
In the text messages "To claim your payment go to https://py/pl/xxxxxxx " Going to that address is just PayPal and after logging in there is no prompt to "claim" a payment.
Last year (2015) I recieved a number of payments from the friend and they went directly to my account. Is this a policy change and additional step?
One thing that might be different is that it was sent by a cell phone to my cell phone number. Last year they may have been sent by a laptop.
Any ideas?
