first to clarify I have been verified and all my payments I receive and send are instant for years, I have been paid by e-check before and it clears quickly usually, But last month some jackleg cheesehead paid by e-check on November 26th and both ebay and paypal told me to wait before shipping until Dec 2nd. It is now December 28th and these funds are still pending, and I "click" on get date, and the response is "try later". no help button, I can find nothing on this topic.
