To be more specific, I have all but a $2 and some change needed to make a purchase on one credit card, and I was wondering if the remaining balance would be taken from my backup source, or if it would deny the transaction entirely on the first card and try to take the entire amount from my backup source? I don't have enough money on the backup source to make the entire purchase either, so I'm kinda stuck until I get an answer as to how the backup source really works! I don't want to chance it and have the seller get mad because I REALLY want the flowers he's selling. Thanks in advance for any help.
