My church ministry is hosting a Valentine's Day party. The cost per person will be approx $22.00 a person. I have to give the restaurant a head count approx 1 week before the event. How can I advertise/set up that they pay for and therefore reserve their spot by paying for the event thru my PayPal acct? What do I tell them they have to do to send that money to me thru PayPal so I can keep track of how many are coming and be able to then access their payments to be able to pay the Restaurant? This might be super simple to do but I'm confused-treat me like a fourth grader please.
