How do I put money to PayPal balance from a Pre-paid card Master-Card

Hello and thank you in advance. I have a pre-paid card which is Master-Card and I would like to know how can I transfer money from that card to my paypal balance. 

The problem resides in the fact that my country has banned international purchases but not from paypal. So I want to transfer money from my card to paypal balance and then buy whatever I want 🙂 Thank you again in advance!
