How do I close my limitted account?

How would I go about closing my limitted account? They said that it's permanently locked so I really don't feel comfortable having my bank account, SSN and credit card information on their site anymore.

This is the limit reason:

Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s):

May 27, 2015: When you signed up for your PayPal account, you agreed to our User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy. Because some of your recent transactions violated this policy, we've had to permanently limit your account.

Please remove any references to PayPal from your website.

You'll be able to withdraw any money in your account 180 days after your last transaction. We'll email you when it's ready to be withdrawn.

MY STORY

I wanted to sell sensitive data on ebay like mailchimp lists etc but people were saying that PayPal has blocked their accounts for illegal activity - it can't be true! 

I'M SELLING IT ALL THE TIME AND PAYMENTS GO THROUGH PAYPAL

I guess the law has changed or something  because it's possible on eBay to sell items like databases full of personal data and pay through PayPal. 

Please get back to them ASAP and ask why as they have no rights.
