Hello All,
I received about USD $447 in my paypal account today about 12-13 hours back and the account balance was of USD $1.23 at that time, after deduction of paypal fees I received USD $427 and it was showing under "completed" (money received) status but my balance is still $1.23 as if no payments were received.
My account has been in normal status and no hold or anything was there on it.
I am really confused and concerned more so as I urgently had to forward this payment to someone and its been stuck like this since over 13 hours now which is very strange.
Does anyone have a similar experience? Am I missing something here?
