Why did Paypal charge me $14.30?

Dec. 29, 2015 Electronic Funds Transfer PREAUTHORIZED DEBIT PAYPAL PTE LTD $14.30

I am wishing for a refund as I have no idea what this was for.

Any unauthorised payments can be disputed in the resolution centre

Escalate as soon as u can

Do not close unless u are happy with the outcome

Click on Contact at the bottom of this page, then clikck Resolution Center.  That's where you start.

It miay have been a susbscription service you previously authorized..

You could call PayPal for help or starrt a claim.

DP is probably correct, check this out >>

Paypal summary page > profile (spanner looking icon next to log out) > bottom right paypal settings > pre-approved payments.

If so then DO NOT file an unauthorised dispute or it may lead to problems.

If you authorized an annual subscription a year ago it is still authorized, so make sure it wasn't something you authorized a ago as you can't dispute something you authorized and forgot you authorized.
