I am attempting to make a payment and I continue to receive this message "Your payment method isn't working. Do you want to try again with another card or bank?'. I have more than sufficient credit with PayPal and it will not let me use my bank account on file. I was however ale to make a payment from my bank account to PayPal so I know this is not the prolem.

I was attempting to pay an account in which PayPal had been used before. I just got off the phone with PayPal and the problem was corrected. There was some kind of security issue so once I answered a few questions the problem was resolved. Thank you for responding to my plea for help. Cheers
