Error code 10410

I've been receiving this consistent error when trying to purchase from RuntimeDNA.com. The order seems to go through, but when I am returned to their site I'm greeted with:

Order processing error !
Payment processor declined your order.
Please review your data and try again.
Reason: Declined Status: Error: Invalid token. Code: 10410, Severity:
------
I've been blaming the site for this because of when I see the problem. I followed their advice of erasing all cookies and wiping my browser cache, and also used Google Chrome instead of my usual Firefox. Nothing works, the transaction will not complete.
As an aside, when this error occurs I lose sight of my cart contents; yet another reason I was blaming them. It now seems this might be a response to the error.

Sounds like the site is using Express Checkout - According to the API Error list, it's a result of an invalid token. The site programmers or support people should contact PayPal's Tech Support. Bottom line, as a customer, it's not something you can fix.
