Hi, I am looking in to buying something from a forum type site and they live in New Zealand and I live in Australia and the price of the item is in USD. What I would like to know is if their balance on their paypal acount is in NZD does the amount of money they recieve change if I pay in USD as opposed to NZD (because of the two crurency changes as opposed to one)?
Thanks.

If you are sending USD then they receive USD.
You can send in whatever currency the seller accepts, as they can have accepted currencies added to their paypal accounts.
But they may have to convert them themselves within that paypal account to withdraw it to their bank accounts.
But some sellers just use the funds in their paypal balance or have USD bank accounts.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
