So the old "Bill Me Later" used to charge your alternate credit card/bank account if they wouldn't raise your limit on the Bill Me Later account. Does it still do this with the Paypal Credit (formerly Bill Me Later)????

Hi yellowraregt,
Welcome to the community! If the PayPal Credit account is denied during checkout, the payment would not be submitted. There would be the option to choose an alternate payment method and resubmit the payment.
I hope this helps! 🙂
