I want to do crowdfunding using Paypal. I have a button on my site, now I need a page in Paypal to point to.

This is NOT an all or nothing model, each donator will receive a gift based on their donation.

How do I set up the appropriate page in Paypal, and how do I get the full link to the page?

What you're looking for is called a button - just click on Merchant Services and then Create payment buttons for your website to have a look.  You can set up all the options and then the code, which you'll just insert into your webpage.  When a buyer clicks on it, they just complete the checkout process.
