Closed and get back money

if i do closed my paypal account can i transfer my money other paypal? cause i can not long in my account due to verificatoin reason.. just leting me know..

You will need to withdraw you money before closing your account.  If you can't log in you will need to phone PayPal for verification purposes first.

but the phoe number has been lost.... need to chnage phone number but i can not do it successfully.....

That's why you need to call PayPal customer service and talk to an agent.
