I've completed a transaction a while ago and now I have a customs problem: the 'item title' doesn't match what is written on the box (on the Paypal receipt I got something like 'everything in the basket of the webstore', and on the box I got the actual items in there).
Is is possible to change the item details once the transaction was processed?
