Change payment date

1. My bill is due on October 5, 2015
2. I arranged to pay my bill from my bank account
3. I do not want funds withdrawn from my checking account prior to October 1, 2015
4. "The System" says that a payment date can be updated after I completed step-2 above.
5. I've searched high and low to find out how to change the withdrawal date to September 30, but I find no advice on how to do it.
6. I'd really like to resolve this by A.M. of 9-11-15 but I doubt that will happen.
7. What can I do to set a September 30 funds withdrawal date?
8. If nothing can be done, PayPal should not suggest that it CAN BE done without providing instructions on how to do it.
Thanks to any and all people who may respond to my inquiry.

This is what the link says i know it says Uk but it might help?
A Billing Agreement allows a seller to charge your PayPal account when you purchase goods from them or use their service.
An example of this would be an agreement to pay eBay seller fees for listing items on eBay.
Billing Agreements are different from subscriptions. With subscriptions, a fixed amount is charged for a specified period, but with Billing Agreements, the amount and time period aren't fixed.
To modify or cancel a Billing Agreement:
These steps apply to UK Personal accounts. If you have a Business account, please log in to see the steps that apply to you.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click the 'Settings' icon at the top of the page.
- Under 'Payment settings', click Pre-approved payments.
- Search for and select the 'Merchant Name' for the Billing Agreement in question.
To call scroll down to the bottom of the page and click call us tab
