Hello. Recently (saturday) i added a new Visa debit card. I can not confirm it. It gives me an error. ''The Credit Card Verification System used by PayPal is currently unavailable. Please try to add your credit card at a later time. We apologize for this inconvenience.'' What can/should i do? Thanks a lot!
