Okay, this seems like a downright dunder head decision by paypal. A friend sent me a donation earlier and I just learned I can no longer accept the funds into my paypal account until I have linked to a bank and became verified with it. What in the world made them think this was a good idea and why? I won't accept "security" reasons as an answer. There are countless easier ways to handle security issues. Because of this, it forces me into a bad way privately.
