Can I receive money on a personal account for selling on a different website?

Soon, I will begin to sell some things on DeviantArt, and I was wondering if I could direct payments for them to my personal account rather than make a separate account (for business or whatnot)

You could, but there would be some limitations that could cause problems for your potential buyers, and you could end up paying higher fees than you would with a business account.
I would really recommend either upgrading your current account to business or creating a new one. If the current account has a long-standing history and good status with PayPal I would recommend upgrading vs. creating a new account.
