Long story short I had created this paypal account under my Dad's name years (maybe a decade) ago for maybe one transaction. I just recently came back because I plan on building a custom-made computer with parts bought on ebay. When I returned to my account, I tried to change the name on the account to my name, and it became limited to verify my identity.
The only limitation listed for the account is that I cannot add money to my account. I have a few bids on some auctions and don't know if my account will be verified intime for me to pay the sellers.
I was wondering, if I use a MoneyPak instead of a debit/credit card to make the deposit, will I be allowed to add the money or does the limitation apply to MoneyPak deposits as well?
