Buy monthly from apple

hello,

l was trying to buy from Apple throw paypal 

and for monthly payments 

but every time it show me this massage 

"Sorry, but PayPal Credit isn't available for this purchase"

What is that mean? And what is the wrong that i did?

Paypal wants their mobile payment system to be adopted, they see Apple Pay as a competitor. The problem is that Paypal is not a bank...it's a credit card PROCESSOR. I use Paypal as my credit card processor...I should be able to spend that money any way I want. If I can't...they may lose my business. Get with it, Paypal. I want a card with an EMV chip that supports Apple Pay.
