Hi
I know a person who has a collection of knives in France. I live in Australia.
We agreed on a price and he has sent me a paypal invoice.
In the invoice it does not state the item, just that I'm paying for goods.
IF he decides to be greedy and not send anything at all can I get my money back through paypal?
Even if he has not stated the item in the invoice?
What if in the emails we sent he told me he will not be responsible if the item gets lost in the mail? Can I still get my money back through Paypal?
I assume I get full paypal protection even through he has not discribed what I buying in the invoice and has told me that if the item is lost in mail he is not responsible?
Thanks.
