After verifying the two small deposits into my bank account, and linking the bank successfully, I withdrew 2.86USD into my bank account, after the process of sending money to my bank account was complete ( SUCCESSFULLY) paypal then removed my bank account. Why would this happen in such a manner after doing exactly what was supposed to happen?
