I've had this problem a few times in the past. Where subscriptions/recurring payments just stop. The "next payment" date is in the past the the payment just stops there forever. This problem stopped after a while.
But it's just started to happen again, the difference is that in the past it has been a bunch of subscriptions that all happen on one day. Now, it's happening once every few days.
