I have a gift card from Amazon.com so I went to the add money via gift card section, but Amazon was not listed. Is there a way I can transfer my money from the card to my PayPal account? (Balance: $25)

Hi @SkellySniper

Welcome to the PayPal Community Help Forum. I'm glad to see that you have posted your question here. 🙂

I do apologize as there is not an option to transfer a gift card balance to a PayPal account. However, a gift card can be added to PayPal by linking the card number in the Wallet section of the account. Once the card has been added as a debit/credit card, it can be used to pay for purchased completed using PayPal.

So my gift card works as a Debit card?

EDIT: tried linking as card, number was not accepted?

Is the card registered to your name and address as you have them on PayPal?

No, it isn't-- it was gifted to me. (*Gift* card :P)

A linked card must  be from an established bank and it must be in your name and address that matches your PayPal ID.
