Can someone tell me why on Ebay I pay the seller a certain amount through paypal but a higher amount is withdrawn from my bank account by paypal.For example a few days ago i purchased a product from Isreal. I am in Canada and payed in US FUNDS. Converting it today through todays exchange rate it amounted to $160.00 Can from $130.00 US. However over $164.00 Can was withdrawn from my bank account by paypal.Is someone charging me for converting the currency and would it be my bank or paypal.Thanks
