I'm sorry to hear that you're having some troubles with making a withdrawal. 😞

Are you trying to confirm your card to withdraw funds? Have you potentially sent the verification twice? If so, a the 4 digit code will be different on each verification charge.

I'd recommend double checking your card statement to see if there are two codes and charges. When you successfully enter the code, both charges would be refunded to your PayPal balance. 🙂
