transferring money from my paypal account to my German bank account

can someone send me moeny from his paypal account( from another country )to my paypal account ?

and then will i be able to transfer that money to my German bank account and withdraw it ?

Are you in Canada with a Canadian paypal account?

no i am in Germany with a German bank account and German paypal account

Well as you are posting on the CANADIAN forum it would have been helpful for you to have given that useful bit of info.

If someone sends a payment in YOUR currency then yes you can withdraw it to your bank account.

But if he sends in another currency you would need to convert it first (fees apply) before withdrawing it.
