Out of nowhere, now when I pay for Canada Post shipping label after an eBay sale, the buyer's address is not filled out anymore. The message I get is that my ebay user name is not registered on my PPal account. When I follow the instructions on the message PPal sends me, it leads me to a setting that doesn't exist!! It says to go to Preferences, Selling preferences and then that i should have an «Auction» pref column but it's not there. Looking around in the different settings, there's nothing close to this.
Anybody know where that setting is? Reverted to the Old school view without much success. I have an ebay store for more than a year without having any problem and now this pops up. Thank you.
