I have tried verifying a new credit card. Have given the code I was sent but it had expired, tried contacting customer support, hopeless, just keep getting recorded messages. Anyone know any tips PLEASE.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
