hi please help me i was live in canada and made paypal but didn't link visa or bank account then i traveled to my country egypt and won't back again to canada i have 600$ in my canadian paypal i want send them to my egyptian paypal as already linked to it credit card but when i try to send i only able to send 1$ per time then after 20 times i can't send the money keep says that We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal. so how can i send my money to my egyptian paypal
