I ordered an item online a few months back and it's taking too long to get the item so i wanted to cancel my order. The seller has agreed, however they will only issue refund via PayPal, even though I originally paid online with my credit card
I did not place my order with PayPal, I actually used my credit card and now I have a dilemma. I am in the processing of opening my PayPal account so I can get my money back but WHERE will the refund go once they send it? Everythig i read says it goes to whatever method of payment you orginally used on PayPAl but since I did not use PayPal where does the money go? Do I need to link my bank account or my credit card to my new account?
