I've been waiting for my account to show that I have money to spend. I transfered it from my bank and they took the money from my account. It says I should have a paypal balance today. Just not sure if it's a timezone thing. I'm on eastern time.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
