What does "removed" mean in a transaction NOT a refund (that I know of)

I purchased something from Step2 company, the first update says "pending" 5 days later in the transaction details right below it says "removed" I haven't received any notices from the company regarding shipping or a refund, just the invoice from PayPal. I have contacted the company as to what's going on, and waiting for a response. I am using my Paypal balance, so I can't see it being anything on my part! Anyone have any idea what "removed" means in a transaction details!!

FYI : the "type" say it is "pending balance payment"  🙂
