Is it possible for a person to open two different free PayPal accounts in the same country, and have these two accounts linked to two different checking accounts and two different debit/credit cards? Thank you!

No such thing as a free account, you pay a fee if you are selling, you don't pay a fee if you are buying UNLESS in certain circumstances when you send a personal payment.
You are allowed 2 paypal accounts BUT only if 1 is personal and the other 1 is business.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
