Transfer funds between Paypal accounts in different countries

Hey There,

I have 2 Paypal accounts, one in Israel and one in France. 

I would like to transfer funds from my balance in the Israeli account to the balance in the French account and then withdraw the funds to my French account.

Two questions:

1. Is there a fee for transfering funds between the two accounts?

2. How do I do this?

Welcome to the Community!

Yes, there may be afee to receive the payment.  Other than that, just use the Send Money feature and send the money over to the email address on the other account and you're all set!
