No matter what I do, I cannot get my label to print out - I have never run across this before .... must be a glitch - I keep getting a popup when trying to print my label that says "The insurance value cannot be greater than the total customs value declared.". I know it automatically gives me $100 for Expedited thru Canada Post and the value of my item is $49.99 US or about $65.00 Canadian - doesn't matter if I put 0, or a number lower or higher than the selling price of $49.99. Can anybody confirm that this is a glitch??

I'm having the same problem (CAD seller). We are automatically granted a $100 liability insurance when using expedited shipping via Canada Post; however, I can no longer send items where the auction (declared) value is less than $100. Also - cannot alter amount of insurance needed (would like to adjust to actual sale total), but can't do this.
Any thoughts on how to get around this?
