Paypal Does Not Communicate

My first post. Just got a pop up, suggesting irrelevant subjects... as is ALWAYS customary with paypal.

Recently, a buyer returned some of the product he bought from me, and he and I agreed to the refund amount.

paypal, in their infinite omnipotence, ignored our agreement, and refunded the buywer over $160.00 more than the buywer and I agreed to.

I understand that all sellers must  accept being victimized by paypal's unbridaled greed..... but this extends even beyond that.
