I saw postings pertaining this matter but was discontinued, I guessed PAYPAL have no answer eh? So, when I select "CANADA" as my address, PAYPAL automatically convert everything to CAD, regardless if we have have a USD card or not yes? While other US merchants who uses Authorized.net would have allowed this though. So, do we have any solution yet, PAYPAL? Is this some sort of money laundrying prevention? or the system is not smart enough?
