You don't have one unless you use paypal credit, as your paypal email address identifies your paypal account.

How can I get a refund through PayPal when the seller need my paypal account # but u said I don't have one? (Orignally I paid the seller directly from my credit card ) the seller only do full refund on PayPal account

All the seller has to do is click on the transaction in his paypal account > click the refund button > then it will automatically go back to your card but once marked completed takes a few days to process through.
