Need help with withdraw to bank account

Earlier today i tried withdrawal my money and once i put in the amount it said "Sorry, but we need more information. Please withdraw money on our Classic site instead." so i followed the link to the classic paypal and once i put the amount in again and clicked continute it just looped did a refresh. Ive tried multiple times and also on a differnt computer. Help would be much appreciated! (and yes its over the minimum withdrawal amount)
