Looking for the elusive "Referral link"??? Anyone know where to find it?

According to the "help" the referrals link is at the bottom of any page...well I have searched alot of pages and cannot seem to find it.  Does anyone know if this is defunked and they have not removed it from help??

Under the "help" section I searched for an affiliate link and found it to be called referral in Paypal language but it is NOT easy to find if it in fact exists at all.

Did you find it yet?? I also went to the Classic site and could not find it there?? Please let me know when you find it and I will do the same for you.
