I have a Insight Debit prepaid card that says I can load up on Pay pal however I have tried but I am getting a message that this card from Republic Bank will not take it.
How do I reload funds from Pay Pal onto my Insight Visa Debit card?
It say I can load money from PayPal to my insight but not vise Versa because bank republic won't except the two deposit but I just want to add money from my pay pal
