I made a payment as a guest using paypal and now i want to cancel and just created an account to do that and the payment doesnt appear at the payments at paypal but in my bank account yes, what i do?
If you paid as a guest buyer BEFORE you opened your account then it would not appear in that paypal account.
If you want to open a dispute you can still do so, contact customer services and see if they will open a claim for you OR contact your card issuer and see if they will chargeback for you.
