So I have well enough money in my bank account to cover the negative balance. On March 9th, I clicked "resolve negative balance" and the the action was pending. The money was supposed to be in my account on March 19th but its March 20 and I still don't have the money in my account.
Also, two days ago I looked at my transactions in my bank account and saw that I spent the equivalent of the negative money twice (two different transactions but only one actually showed up in my pending transactions on paypal so I have no clue where the other one went. Its like the money just vanished.
