How can I contact PayPal by email from Australia?

So I just tried logging on to my PayPal account and couldn't because they "can't recognize my device". Can't email them because I have to login to do so and can't call them because they have a non-Australian number and no toll-free number.

Best course of action?

(Rant: PayPal customer service is the worst.)

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
