I purchased an item off of a seller on depop and he insisted I use paypal instead of their checkout system, so I did, and when I got the item it was a youths large, not a mens large like it was listed. I am beyond upset because it was $65 and customs ontop of that was $13. It won't let me open a dispute because I sent him the money under "Friends and Family" I suppose instead of 'Goods and Services' by accident and now I'm not sure what I can do. He also wont respond to ANY messages I have sent him and since I purchased from paypal Depop won't do anything. Does the Paypal Protection work with these sort of things?
